Yes, completely. There is no charge for the home consultation, and no obligation to proceed. We visit you, understand your household, and begin the search only when you are ready to go ahead.
This depends on the role and the level of match required. Some placements are made within days. Others take a few weeks. We never rush a placement — the right person is worth a little patience.
We charge a one-off arrangement fee for most placements, or a monthly management fee for weekly cleaning plans. We are completely transparent about our fee structure from the very first conversation — no surprises.
We cover all of Surrey, Sussex and much of Kent. If you are in doubt, call us on 0333 772 3023 and we will tell you immediately. We will always be honest if we cannot help you.
We offer a six-month replacement guarantee on all placements. If for any reason a placement does not work out within six months, we find a replacement at no additional fee — no questions asked.
