For placement enquiries, we arrange a complimentary consultation at your home. We visit you — not the other way around.

When we are ready to introduce a candidate, we present one carefully chosen person — matched to your home, not selected from a database.

Questions we are often asked

Is the initial consultation really free?

Yes, completely. There is no charge for the home consultation, and no obligation to proceed. We visit you, understand your household, and begin the search only when you are ready to go ahead.

How quickly can you find someone?

This depends on the role and the level of match required. Some placements are made within days. Others take a few weeks. We never rush a placement — the right person is worth a little patience.

What does your service cost?

We charge a one-off arrangement fee for most placements, or a monthly management fee for weekly cleaning plans. We are completely transparent about our fee structure from the very first conversation — no surprises.

Do you cover our area?

We cover all of Surrey, Sussex and much of Kent. If you are in doubt, call us on 0333 772 3023 and we will tell you immediately. We will always be honest if we cannot help you.

What if the placement does not work out?

We offer a six-month replacement guarantee on all placements. If for any reason a placement does not work out within six months, we find a replacement at no additional fee — no questions asked.

I am a household professional looking for a position. What should I do?

Complete our candidate registration form or email us directly. We meet every candidate personally and will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss your background and what you are looking for.
