Face-to-face assessment of experience, character, professional manner and household knowledge. We meet every candidate before any introduction is made.
Every housekeeper on our register holds a current DBS certificate. We process and verify this ourselves.
No gaps left unexplained. We verify employment history in full before progressing any candidate to introduction stage.
We speak to previous employers directly. Written references alone are never considered sufficient.
Right to work in the UK confirmed and documented before any placement is offered.
