PA & Admin placements · Surrey · Sussex · Kent
A skilled virtual PA or household administrator frees you to focus on what matters most — and does it with the discretion, professionalism and initiative your household demands.
What we do
For many of our clients, the most significant pressure on their time is not the management of the house itself — it is the administration that surrounds it. The diary. The correspondence. The travel arrangements. The supplier calls. The things that never quite make it to the top of the list, and whose absence slowly creates friction in an otherwise well-run life.
A skilled PA or household administrator addresses this directly. Whether working virtually from their own location, from a dedicated space in your home, or as part of a broader household team, the right person removes an entire category of daily administration from your day — and does it with the kind of competence and discretion that your household expects from everyone who works within it.
Every type of PA & admin role we place
Works remotely — fully equipped, fully professional. Available across agreed hours and responsive when you need them. No desk, no commute, no office overhead.
Based in or near your home, working within the household team. Handles both the administrative and the practical — the intersection between personal life and household management.
For principals who require high-level, confident PA support across both professional and personal life. Accustomed to confidential environments and rapid decision-making.
The practical combination that many busy professional households find most useful — household management and personal administration delivered by one experienced, trusted individual.
A dedicated administrator working from a home office — managing the correspondence, accounts, logistics and organisation that a busy household generates across the week.
Not every household needs a full-time PA. A skilled administrator working two or three days per week can transform the organisation of a home without the commitment of a full-time hire.
The virtual PA in practice
The most common question we hear is: "What exactly would a virtual PA do for me?" The answer depends entirely on your household — but the list below covers what our most placed virtual PAs manage on a typical week for professional families across Surrey and Sussex.
The value is not in any one task. It is in the consistent, professional, reliable management of the accumulated administration that otherwise sits, unresolved, on the edge of your life.
Managing your calendar across personal, family and professional commitments. Protecting your time, flagging conflicts, and ensuring nothing is missed or double-booked.
Filtering your inbox, drafting replies, handling routine correspondence and ensuring that communications requiring your attention reach you — and nothing else does.
Researching, booking and managing travel — flights, hotels, transfers, restaurant reservations, itineraries — across all members of the household and at any level of complexity.
Managing quotes, scheduling works, following up on progress and holding contractors accountable — so that property and household projects happen without requiring your daily involvement.
Finding the best option, at the right price, to your exact specification — whether that is a new school, a specialist insurance product, a gift, or a holiday.
Planning and coordinating celebrations, dinner parties, family occasions and private events — managing every supplier and detail so you arrive at the occasion, not the planning.
Why this is different
The PAs and administrators we place are household professionals — not office temps placed into a domestic environment. They understand the rhythm of a private home, the importance of discretion, and the particular kind of professional relationship that exists between a principal family and the people who support them.
We take as much care placing a virtual PA as we take placing a housekeeper or a nanny. The vetting is the same. The personal introduction is the same. The six-month replacement guarantee is the same. Because the relationship — and the trust involved — is just as significant.

Our vetting standards
Every candidate is assessed face-to-face — their professional experience, working style, discretion and suitability for the private household environment. We meet everyone before any introduction is made.
Every PA and administrator on our register holds a current DBS certificate. We process and verify this ourselves before any introduction is made.
No gaps left unexplained. We verify the full employment history of every candidate we register — including any periods of self-employment or freelance work.
We speak to previous employers and clients directly. For PA roles in particular, references are probed on discretion, professionalism and reliability — not just competence.
Right to work in the UK confirmed and documented. Where required, NDA arrangements are discussed with candidates prior to introduction to any client household.

How we work
We visit you. Private, complimentary, unhurried. We discuss your household, your administration requirements and what the right PA would look and feel like for you.
We search for one carefully chosen candidate — not a shortlist of strangers. Someone whose experience, working style and character matches your specific needs.
A meet and greet — in person or by video call for virtual roles — before the first working day. No assumptions, no surprises for either party.
We remain your point of contact throughout the placement. If anything needs adjusting, we are there. Six-month replacement guarantee as standard.
