Why this page exists

Most staffing agencies keep their candidate pool entirely hidden until a family signs up. We believe that knowing who is available — the calibre of person, the depth of experience, the range of roles — is part of how a family decides whether to trust an agency at all.

The profiles on this page represent a curated selection of exceptional professionals currently available for placement. They are not our only candidates — they are a representation of the standard we consistently work with.

All profiles are presented with full candidate consent. Names are shown as initials to protect privacy. Full profiles, references, and DBS documentation are shared with families following an initial consultation at your home.

If you see someone here who interests you, or if you would like to tell us what you are looking for, we would love to hear from you. A five-minute conversation is often all it takes to begin.
