PERMANENT STAFF

There is no incurred VAT on all placements. All fees are calculated at 12% of the gross annual salary. The agency fee will be calculated by multiplying the gross weekly salary by 52 weeks (combined salary for domestic couples). Fees for part time staff (minimum of 25hours weekly) charged at same rate 12%. Fees for full time, either live-in or out staff, 12% of agreed annual salary. There is one free replacement during a six-month period. Under our Terms & Conditions, all fees are non-refundable.

OUR PROCESS

We arrange for either a home consultation or an in-depth call to take account of exactly what you want in your home, and the type of person you feel best suits the role you offer. We will not waste your time sending lots of CVs, that you have to go through and try making a decision based these, giving nothing of the actual personality of the candidate. We offer a real service.

Only after we have shortlisted suitable candidates in line with your brief, interviewed them in their home or face to face, completed background checks, Right to Work, verified at least two references, confirmed their identities, do we then send you at least two CVs of candidates that match exactly what you have requested, with the right personality to fit into your home environment.

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

We have a free replacement guarantee on permanent roles within a six-month period. Checking in with you during this time, ensuring that you are pleased with your candidate, providing peace of mind to our clients. We always have your best interests at heart.

MONTH TO MONTH SERVICES

We also offer a totally flexible approach to Housekeeping Services in addition to our permanent placements. This gives you service if your live-in or live-out housekeeper is away for an extended period, or you simply wish to still have that quality service in your home, delivered in a cost-effective way. This starts at £22per hour depending on skill set required of the candidate. There is no set term required, you decide how long you need services.
